Ghosts of Continuity



Ghosts of Continuity is a small series created through the capture and disruption of a raw analogue video signal. An analogue signal has no bits: it is continuous, fluid and theoretically infinite in value. Digitisation translates that continuity into a finite sequence of discrete measurements.

The prints preserve traces of this conversion—moments in which the signal slips, fractures and becomes visible as something between image and interference. They are ghosts of a continuous electronic presence, temporarily fixed into digital form.
